I assume it has evolved since then. I insert my links manually, so never had an issue with that. At times i get a 16MB exceeded warining (even if there's just a few words in the box), it's annying but doesnt hinder me. Aside that, can't imagine how to handle without notifications, voting-infos, etc. Steemit i use for transactions only.

notification, voting info is valuable, i see often comments in my older posts which i didn't recognized because there is no notification if someone comments just after a few days and i'd already released two new posts. Good hint! Thanks!
