Earlier this morning, I submitted a Steemit post entitled Storm Front at the Reservoir (it may have been worded slightly differently).
Right after submitting the post, I saw it show up with a thumbnail image at the top of the new feed, just as you'd expect.
However, when I went back to my Blog, the post didn't show up, and then I noticed that it was also absent from the new feed.
I then surfed over to https://steemd.com/@cognoscere to examine the STEEM blockchain and the post wasn't listed, but I did see this warning message:

I recently re-submitted the post at 2:01:09PM EST and it now shows up in the Steemit feeds, but steemd is still showing a similar warning message.
I'm not really sure what happened? Maybe I could have caused it, but I definitely saw the post for a brief time in the new feed, so who knows!
One question would be: Does the Steemit UI render the post in the feeds before or after it's acknowledged that the post contents are committed to the STEEM blockchain?
Pro tip from @cognoscere:
🤓If you're working on a monster post that you've put hours into, it might be a good idea to compose the post in a notepad, or similar. This way, if you submit the post and something like this happens, at least you have a backup copy of the raw post that you can re-submit.

The blockchain is alive!

followed! Upvoted! good tip with the notepad!
I'm seeing the same warning message, and although I haven't posted anything, I have upvoted several posts in the past hour and my upvotes are not listed on Steemd but do appear on Steemstats. I upvoted your Storm Front at the Reservoir post, which according to Steemstats was posted half an hour ago and I upvoted a few minutes later, but I don't see the post or my upvote on Steemd
i can't too to post new story on apk android.
I experienced something similar with this post today, and it wasn't the first time something like this happened.
This has happened to me twice. Now I copy my post before I send it. Glad you got it up and we Steem On
The same thing happened to me yesterday! I had to rewrite my whole post from memory, because, of course, it is the one post I didn't copy into a separate document before hitting 'post'. Arghhh!!!
Yeah, good tip, I think from now on I'm going to use notepad. Sigh
