Yah, not sure why this could be happening. It does affect the voting power. Im not sure if this is an isolated issue, but @craig-grant was having the same problem.
Maybe its just effecting you big fish. Because you may not notice a litte amount getting siphoned
I would never have known if I hadn't seen that video and checked out @steemvoter ! thats crazy.
