I have the same problem, bought Steem using BTC few days ago and still hasn't a appeared in the wallet, I've messaged them giving the hash transaction code, still haven't had a reply! Can anyone suggest another better wallet to hold Steem and other crypto sin please?

I had the same message and still no Steem so I may transfer into Steemit for safety for the time being. I have another app but I haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know which one buddy.
