Transplants

It is a super complete exercise. You must stand up and take a long step forward; flex the leg in front but not exceed an angle of 90 degrees.

Subsequently practice the same with the other leg.

After 5 sets of 20 repetitions (10 with each leg) practice the same but giving the backward movement.

Hip lift
This really is a very simple movement. Lie on the floor with your legs slightly bent and lift your hips.

It is important that you maintain tension in the buttocks when you exercise, so you will work the muscles correctly.

Kick legs

You must place yourself in 4 points; that is to say, palms of the hands and tip of the feet in the ground. Then, throw your leg back and up (as if you wanted to reach the ceiling)

Repeat this movement 20 times alternating legs. Practice it 5 times.

Tip: it is important that you keep your torso looking forward, if you move it, you will not get the results you expect
