Ingredients:
1Kg Palette or lamb breast.
2 Tablespoons of oil.
Hot water.
1 1/2Teaspoons of salt.
1 bay leaf.
6 grams of pepper.
2 chopped onions.
1 Teaspoon of chopped parsley.
1/4 Cup of flour.
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.
2 Tablespoons of cold water.
2 Cups of broth.
Preparation:
Cut the lamb into small pieces. Brown in the oil and cover with hot water.
Add salt, bay leaf, pepper, onions and parsley.
Cook over low heat for two hours, strain and remove the meat.
Apart mix the flour, the curry and the cold water. Add the broth and cook until thick.
Add the meat, warm and serve preferably over rice.
