Hi @slothboarder! I would have followed you just for Lola, she is beautiful and just has "good dog" oozing out of her!
That is a nice introduce yourself post, but I do have a word of advice. In general I would stay away from "follow for follow", you don't want to build up your follower count that way - trust me. There are some exceptions of course but typically the sort of accounts that will follow someone who requests follow for follow in an introduce yourself post are low steem spammy accounts that will just choke your feed with junk and will get you nowhere fast as far as traction on your blog. Much better to follow people organically, when you have a real human interaction with someone, follow them. Lay off the "follow for follow" requests because they will actually turn off the exact kind of higher steem accounts you want to follow you.
My advice for the short term would be to use the @resteembot and @resteem.bot services to get your posts seen by more eyes (cost is negligible, a literal few cents) and to engage in one or more of the off site chat communities to to build relationships. Check out @minnowsupport and the associated PAL (Peace Abundance and Liberty) chat on Discordapp.com.
Okay, phew - sorry to talk your ear off! Of course, take everything I say with a grain of salt appropriately sized for someone with an alt account like @beelzebub ;)
Remember to drop the next post you are proud of here in the comments - if it is an awesome post I can promote it with some bigger Steem guns than myself :)
Cheers - Carl
