OK, to send your default currency for tips send 0.001 SBD/STEEM to @tipU with memo:
- tip sbd
or - tip steem
If you want to go back to default, which is: first try SBD, then STEEM:
- tip all

Yes :) you can also send SBD/STEEM with empty memo - it will be treated as deposit as well :)
