Hi there, thanks for good questions :)
All ROI figures are of course after curation. The "upvote window" is now 15 minutes (not 30) and @tipU will upvote new post at 15 minutes mark - so the curation from the upvote is 25% every time.

The current ROI depends on demand for @tipu upvotes. The more voting power @tipu has (above 80%) the higher the ROI.

Just keep in mind that every upvote request is rewarded with @tipu profit sharing tokens so the ROI is like infinite - it just takes time :D
