Great thread, the tips for posting are definitely the best points, in particulat my favorite three are

--building reputation takes time
--one day, when you can, be generous give back
--get over disappointments

I think these are things people are slowly realizing when they are using the platform that it isnt an easy get rich quick scheme, but if you put time and effort in as much as you would a hobby it can greatly pay off.
