If you want to ‘kill’ facebook, optimize your steemit..!!! - note of a newbie

This article show a simple comparison of the social media growth: facebook and Steemit. I use the published article in steemit as resources data. The words kill on the title, not indicate we are really want to killing facebook. So, that is the reason I use the single quote sign at the kill words. It’s not the real purposes. This words only to imagine that steemit can to surpassing facebook.

We start by the collapsed of friendster. Launched in 2002 with registered user about 8.2 million (June 2010). Eventhought, friendster have to change the social media segment related to decreasing of registered user and due to facebook penetration around the world. Coincide with the growth of Facebook user, friendster collapsed on june 2015.

With a great of growth on development and user, facebook has 2 billion monthly active users (June 2017) and increasing day by day, minutes by minutes. (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facebook) And now, we can’t to avoid the existing of facebook around the world.

Where is steemit...?

Steemit have a significant of user registered until the end of 2017. @arcange reported that the users of steemit more than 500000 user. It's 22 months after launched on march 2016.

In other side, facebook has more than 12 millions of user after 2 years since launched.

Its clearly different, look like David and Goliath.
