What has happened to this initiative? I don't see any downvotes for over a week and VP is now idling at 100%. If it's dead I'll pull my delegation.

    Sorry! I thought @transisto was manning replies. We encountered a problem and I'm reworking the algorithm, hope to have it fixed soon. Sorry for the lack of communication, I'll make an announcement about it when fixed, explaining the problem and the new approach.
