unfortunately unless you get a whale/dolphin vote for you you are not going to get much, minnows like myself do not own enough clout/steem power so when we/i vote you might only get 0.01 if that!! Loads of us have had votes but zero payout
the voting system needs to change or people don't get paid unless noticed by a whale/dolphin
well, I'm a dolphin ;) My votes actually count for about ~1c. And that's if I vote 100% power. Which is why I'm saying that voting less than that - unless you have like 10x the steempower I do, is bullshit.
