Do you mean to subscribe to certain users? Perhaps that's not such a good idea. People may decide to subscribe to the "influential" people in order to gain rewards by upvoting them. I feel encouraging users to upvote any decent content made by anybody will keep the system "decentralized" as they say and motivate the content makers to keep doing what they do.
