Just because your account sends money to my account, doesn't mean I am stealing from you. If you didn't send the money to us, then someone has stolen the keys to your account (which means that you gave them to someone you shouldn't have). Ask on steemit.chat for more information on how to fix this, as your behavior doesn't really incline me to help you further.
