Steemit is more of a self-refining schooling society. Every time time you publish on Steemit, you learn more about. Sometimes, just doing research on what to publish causes you to learn and discover things for yourself.

2. People grow

On Steemit, people grow from readers to lousy authors, while lousy authors get refined by the community into great authors!

3. Everyone is a fish

One Steemit, everyone is addressed as some type of fish. You are either a minnow, a dolphin or a whale.

4. People like what they do not know

I do not know of any auto upvote systems on any of the social medias we use like Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. However when it comes to Steemit, there are 3 primary auto upvote systems.

• people simply voting from their news feeds without reading the content
• people who use Steem voter to setup auto upvote trails
• bots which upvote posts

5. Everyone actually gets paid

It doesn't matter what you do on Steemit. Every single activity has the potential to earn you money be it;

• Upvoting/curation
• commenting
• Resteeming
