That's true, you need to find a psychologist that is right for you. A few years ago I talked to a man first that didnt work at all. then spoke one session to his colleague, didnt work. Then I moved to another city and spoke to a woman and that worked perfectly. went there once a week for one year.

Yeah Its on my to do list of things to do. I myst make it a priority the sooner I become myself again the sooner I can start to feel good and try and resume my former happy self. Thanks for your advice again !
