100 followers in 1 week is slow with my engagement strategy. It's all about perspective. I'm used to growing my instagram at ~800 followers a week when I'm really grinding, but that same amount of effort applied on Steemit only led to 100 followers! 1/8th the speed I'm used to is slow.
