If you register you can then buy the TechCoin yourself by of course buying Bitcoin first through an exchange such as Coinbase, Blockchain, Bitpanda (if you are from europe) and then sending the bitcoin to the usi-tech btc wallet ID that corresponds to the Token Packages.
