Good day everyone, I am @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school, where minnows are mentored and groomed. Today I will be discussing and essential part of the blockchain. The concept of steemit just as it is.
I keep ringing it in the ears of my students from time to time the statement that most of us who use this blockchain wish wasn’t true.
steemit is not a passive means of earning, you’ve got to actively involve yourself.
The idea most of us buy from most promoters who told us about this platform is the fact that you can write a good article and wait for it to earn. Well, maybe that’s true but let me be the first to tell you that that is not an absolute truth. Steemit demands you to engage and interact monitor the activities on your own side of the blockchain.
the law of reciprocal gestures can be applied to the affairs of this blockchain. You have to first do for other what you expect to be done to you before you can every think of them doing the same for you.
I’m tired of seeing people who never really engage or interact with others but expect the entire world on the platform troop down to their blogs each time they drop a new post. Hey minnow! It doesn’t work like that. You have to actively involve yourself. Below are a few places you can go to;
*discord is a good place to interact with other users not for vote begging, but to make friends and build around you a community of people that appreciate your works.
- steemit.chat general channel is another good place. Go over there and make some friends. It doesn’t take anything away from you.
- show up for your friends in any contest, you don’t know whose turn it would be tomorrow.
- spend some time to move around just to contribute to articles through comments. One sure way of getting follower is though comments.
These are things you could do with your time on the blockchain and not stare at your own blog all day. I used to stay on my blog for hours. Keep refreshing the page just to see if I got me some new upvotes.
It was after a while I understood the fact that, I don’t qualify to get what I do not give to others as far as steemit is concerned.
This principle is not only applicable on steemit, but in every area of life and existence. We’ve got to be there for people before we can expect them be there for us.
Think on those words and not only that, also try as much to apply them in the next couple of weeks and see what great improvement would come to your steemit life. Thanks for stopping by here today, I will pick up from here tomorrow.
Thank u for this. I also had this impression
