Buying Steem with cash is a challenge, simply because not as many places handle it. You're probably going to have to do at least one 'middle' transaction to have something to trade for the Steem. Sucks. Anyway, the fees are minimal at that level and worth it to get that price. (Just my newbie opinion on that...lol.)
