RE: EPIC FAIL: A COMMON MISTAKE OF NEW STEEMIANS

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

I of course totally agree.

I don't visit or upvote people who leave comments like you have shown.

I just ignore them and I think they are annoying.

Sometimes these mindless cut and paste commenters upvote and sometimes they don't.

Sometimes they attempt reference to your work, but mostly it's just some form of the mindless, "upvote me".

Yikes! How can they think that's gonna work?

Now I admit that I have several cut and pastes that I choose from when I'm welcoming newcomers. But that's as far as my cut and paste activity goes and even in welcoming newcomers I sometimes actually enjoy their post so much that I will write things into the welcome beyond my standard greeting. :-)

I believe that for most of us the real magic of finding quality Followers and receiving upvotes, will be in how we actually interact with the community. Are we being real or are we being fake?

It's very easy to look at the "comments section" on a persons page and discover that they have made the same comment numerous times!

Real appreciation of a persons work makes a person feel happy. Fake appreciation is usually transparent and is just annoying.

Thank you again for a wonderful posting! I Love your work!

I agree, fakes are always visible and miserable
