I already told cullyguy and jtest, not sure if they are doing it, but it seems like they are hitting us and said list.
I believe resteeming plays a big part to. I mean if you had 16 upvotes and they all resteemed it look at how many faces your in front of now.
Yes that's the way I read the rules also, resteeming is good.
