Let me ask you an earnest question.

When you upvote another user because their contribution is quality, do you first look at their Steem Power to judge your voting weight?

No, you don't because THAT is not curation. What you are involved in is a voting trail and it is contrary to the intent of curation per the whitepaper. If I am minnow, I would get a 1% vote from the trail even if my post is quality. That is not curation.

It would be better if these minnows upvoted each other's quality contributions and engaged rather than this. Every vote going to this voting trail takes away from that imho
