Nice post! But the thing is this I won't really blame people who don't answer to distress calls, some might be prank while others feel they may equally be overpowered especially if they do not know the number of persons attacking the victim...
The conclusion is that we all should try to be security conscious at all times because the streets ain't safe anymore
