I guess it is iPhone only. You can try the google chrome browser plug-in that does the same thing : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/steemification-notificati/blnmejicejbkcdebiobgfpjhopoahmen?hl=en
Or perhaps download the eSteem app, I’m not sure if it has notifications or not though.
