I haven't scrolled through the comments, so this may have already been addressed. But, apparently, voting power of 100% is only good for about 10 or 11 votes, and then it starts to be reduced. Users shouldn't go above 20 votes per day.

This is what I read earlier today, when I was scouring several posts to get the scoop on Hard Fork 19 and what it is. (I'm still pretty damn new here.)
