Fiaticy.io - Invest in anything from around the world - EOS DApp idea

I am from the Bay Area and am currently studying CS at my local community college. My father is a network security engineer for Salesforce and has been working in the field for over 10 years. I have been studying blockchain for about 3 months now until I came up with this idea. I am posting this to seek help in anyway possible. Please let me know what you guys think. What Is It ​With blockchain technology, investing is no longer reserved for those with large capital. Now, anyone
has the ability to invest in what they believe will generate income. Revolutionarily, it is no longer independently
reserved for real estate and businesses. We now have the ability to invest in anything, globally, all at once, together.

How It Works ​Users of the site will sign up for an account and post their business opportunity for the world to see.
The opportunity can be anything. From real estate to luxury cars, abundant purchases, large capital items to small
capital items. Using the EOS platform and smart
contract technology, financiers of the opportunity will send their EOS to the website where it will be in escrow until
the deal has been closed and profits can be distributed. Items can be shipped to locations of Fiaticy where it can be
held until it has been sold.

Insurance ​As with all investments, never put in any more money than you are willing to lose at any given time.
With that being said, smaller capital items would require the poster to put up more percentages of down payment.
Larger capital items may require less upfront, but would require our team to inspect the deal to ensure legitimacy
and profitability before being posted onto the platform.

Investee Information Every presenter of each business opportunity will have their information listed on their posting before investments can be made. Information such as the investment opportunities location, amount of down payment made from the initial finder of the investment, profitability estimate of the posting and past opportunity posts.

Scalability Initially, the platform will only allow for finders of investments that have credit on file. However, this still allows for investors all around the globe to fund the opportunity through the use of EOS. This allows for a low start-up cost of Fiaticy by only having to set up the online platform without the need for physical locations until necessary.

Why This Wasn’t Possible Before Blockchain and EOS scalability. It allows for thousands of transactions per minute to take place from anywhere in the world to invest in an opportunity no matter the initial investment amount.
