in Ghana you can use MTN Mobile Money by using "The Litecoin COmpany" that lets you send LTC and get MTN on your phone Boom cash in your hand...

And so you can go steem wallet > Sell> (Blocktrades choose Litecoin) send Litecoin to the Litecoin Compnay in ghana and they send you MTN Mobile money right to your phone top spend boom cash inhand
