Hey!

Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment, i'll try to answer your questions...

  1. You only receive curation rewards by voting from 15 minutes and on wards. After 30 minutes, the reward is the max you could receive, based on your SP, and other voters SP and lots of other tricky calculations. You want to try to be in before the big votes arrives. 24-28 mins seems ok, but if you really want to go into it, you can check what minute the usual votes arrive for a person you have on your list, and try to undercut those votes by a minute.

  2. I would say, it's not worth fretting about just yet, you need 10000+ SP to start noticing rewards. I get about 3SP a week currently.

Thanks for the steemvoter addition, i would suggest 26 mins - 30 for myself. I stick a lot of bots on the end so I would say 75% of the rewards will come after 30 mins.

    Thanks for the detailed comment. The 'lots of other tricky calculations' is the part I'm wondering about, but I guess no one really knows those...they're part of the algorithm that's not public?

    I'll move yours to about 30 minutes :)

    It's public somewhere, or at least someone's best calculations, I can't remember who's blog it is though.

    30 sounds good, I hope you can pick up some rewards!
