Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 1 Round 04:Croquettes of lettuce

Hello friends steemit! This one is my contribution to this challenge.

Today use the lettuce for something more than salad, I dared to introduce and did a few croquettes of stuffed potatoes with lettuce and chicken.

For his preparation use the following ingredients:
03 Potato 03 leaves of lettuce 1/2 breast of chicken 01 onion I ruffle Salt to the taste.
Seasoning ranch
The chicken already flavored with garlic sauté in a pot onion and salt up to gilding, then to add the before washed and bad lettuce to add the seasoning (in my case I prepared one with coriander, garlic, oil go out, pepper and mayonnaise)
To stop to rest.

The potato must put to boil until this one swings, then it is mixed as a mash one adds butter milk and it moves up to achieving the wished consistency.

Stuffed little bolls are done by the mixture and frien up to being gilded by both sides.

In my house we love the rice, because of it complete the plate with a bit of boiled rice and steak of meat.
