Thank you! The carrot schnitzel was delicious. I had two for dinner and it was really satisfying. But, nothing can touch the awesomeness of the original! I remember having a huge pork schnitzel in Vienna once that was so good. You know the kind that covers the whole plate!

hehe yes, I totally get the covering-the-whole-plate image..I sometimes find the schnitzels a little too tough though..I've got a lazy jaw =P
