Consensus was to no longer penalize edits right? Remove "Warning, this will reset your upvotes" from the edit dialogue

I still see "Warning, this will reset your upvotes" when editing a post or comment. Now that this is no longer true, it shouldn't be shown anymore.

      Does each time you edit your blog post (not comments) count as one of your 4 posts per 24 hours?
      Sorry to bump an old thread but i searched for over an hour through posts and cant find a concrete answer.
