and tried another big blog post with lots of links which didn't include the % but didn't work again :(
It's likely many "special characters" that are the issue. It'll eventually get fixed. However I've only noticed the enya thus far. at least you have an idea of what it is. and it's probably not to do with images but actual text, or copied text.

I think that could be very possible. It seems like some symbols are having issues. Hopefully it will be fixed and back to normal soon

I still have the same problem, finally did a test post via my steempress, but can't edit it...

was the tags, not copy but type them
Hmmm.... There is probably some kind of character you are either copying in or using that's likely causing it.
