Quit putting off a couple things that I need to do.

I am going to balance my day by 50% on Steemit and 50% outside.

Try and fix my sleep schedule to not wake up at 2pm

To meditate for at least 15 minutes

Eat more healthy

Have a good day

Do some exercise!

Take a nap, I only got 3 hours of sleep last night!
