Try to cut down on coffee. I love the stuff but damn I drink too much.

Keep vigilant in the last week of school. I am entering a dangerous stretch of time.

One thing I will do today to improve my life is to go to bed early so that I can wake up early for work and not be a tired mess.

I can drink green tea and eat less than I normally do. This will ensure that I have successful and healthy weight loss - hopefully long term!

Lot of work to finish today. Do my best!

Get up early every morning + exercise for at least 15-30 min each day. I’ve been struggling with waking up early (due to my previous job - crazy schedule). I think that my body is having a hard time trying to get back to normal. More motivation is what I think I need to start exercising. Hopefully, I’ll be able to reach my goal and keep up with it :-D
