How to Score Yourself

Everyone should score themselves based on their own health goals and understandings. There is no financial incentive to score high, but rather only to participate.

So don't worry about what your score is. Just focus on consistently measuring every day. Most people will have their fair share of 1s and 0s. It’s just as important to record low scores on “bad” days as it is to record high scores on “good” days. You can always do better tomorrow!

Yesterday. But today will be a 5!

I miss one question that is really important:
Did you sleep well?

1 - I should be ded

1 walked around six flags all day yesterday otherwise i drank soda, ate fast food, didnt meditate, or stretch. lowest score wins right?

4 - highest in a while!

Yesterday I ate “healthy” by counting to focus on portion size and say no to junk food. I drank enough water but more could always be consumed. I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes and lifted dumbbells for over an hour. Yes, I did stretch as both a warm up and as a cooldown to my exercising.

I give myself a score of 4
