First I rise in morning at 9 am and then refresh my tooth paste and then start exercise . First running and then some push-up.
After that completing the exercise with in 20 minutes ,I takes bath and then breakfast as chawanprash one spoon and start study.
This is my morning schedule , ................
Daily exercise is the key of Success as healthy body....
