Finished meditation. My breathing is faster and shorter than this clock shows. Breathing becomes deeper and longer after a physical exercise. Accelerating the breathing without body work, sends more oxigen to the brain and it gets a little dizzy. I feel more relaxed if I close my eyes and feel my breath, without trying to sink it with a clock. Anyway, this clock is a good reminder to pay attention at the breathing and how it stops for a short moment after each exhale and inhale. Thank You!
