Sport is life #1: 845 calories burned

in #steemit-health8 years ago

This morning I woke up a little bit so I could go with the bike route. I got up at 6:40 AM which is when it does not do anything hot and enjoy a good bike route.

The result has been 845 calories burned, 1:20:06 on the bike and 27.43 km, which makes an average speed of 20.5 km/h.

I'll tell you how the training went:

Breakfast

I drank a glass of water and after getting dressed, I already went down to the street with the bike and warming up a little I took a Monster Energy Ultra Zero Calories to gather forces.

Route

I have left Alcorcón, which is where I live and warm, I have climbed a hill to see the sunrise. Going up I found some rabbits that were waiting for the morning :-)

I arrived a little late, but the views are still just as good.

Then I went to a town called Móstoles, I went down to the end of the village to Parque Soto, where I walked inside and I found some very nice geese, I was allowed to take some photos and strolled around lake. The temperature was great.

After leaving Móstoles, I went to Villaviciosa de Odón. I have gone up the road that leads to Alcorcón again and I have returned home after the 27.43 km I have traveled.

Post-Training

When I arrived at home, I showered and had a good shake of almond milk with hemp protein, some almonds and some nuts. I always take this after playing sports. Someday I will write a post about superfoods, of which hemp protein is part.

Thank you very much!

you're welcome.

Nice insight. Thanks for posting. You should add some L-leucine into your post workout drink. That will really kickstart your recovery! Good luck with the rest of you training.
