Two things. I recently read an article about how great it is to be an expatriate in Puerto Rico. (I am not sure if that relates to incorporating, but it was something quick on the tip of my tongue.)

Second, this seems to exclude the Caymans:

Restrictions on Trading
Cannot solicit funds from the public.

Isn't that the entire reason for this incorporated entity, to solicit funds from the public as a means of trading them shares?
