We are two sisters who love to cook. We wish to share our love for cooking with you guys. This is our first recipe: a fast and healthy Tomato Soup.

Ingredients (4 portions)

♥ ½ onion

♥ 3 garlic cloves

♥ 1 tablespoon tomato puree

♥ 2 cans chopped tomatoes

♥ 2 dl water

♥ 1 pack chicken stock/ or vegetable bullion cube.

♥ 1 teaspoon Timian

♥ A few Basil leaves

Chop the onion and garlic.

Fry the onion, garlic and tomato puree in some oil.

Add the tomato cans plus the water.

And the Timian

Now you can add the Basil and let the soup boil on low heat for at least 20 minutes, the longer it boils, the better it gets.

After the soup is finished boiling, you can blend it with a hand blender to make it smooth.

Serve with bread and some extra Basil leaves. You can also add eggs or macaroni.

Enjoy a healthy and fast dinner or lunch :)

After all the cooking the chefs are taking a coffee break.
