in #steemians7 years ago

Hello @steemians..
I need your help..i am facing a severe issue..
And i am much worried about it.. Issue is this whenever i started to visit steemit and start reading articles to comment ,appreciate and try to engage with community i felt sleepy.. After some time it became difficult to awake myself.. I felt much tired and sleepy..
Why it is so? Does anyone else also face same issue..? Or its only my problem.. May be its due to reading on cell fone.. I am not habitual.. This issue was with me during facebook searching
I have some health issues like asthma allerjy and using steroids on daily basis..
Dont knw the reason but i cant continue reading for long period..
Can anyone tell me about it...

I wonder if it's something about the concentration of looking at a small screen. If you're doing it in the evening after a full day, and looking after the kids, you're probably tired. Is it just on the nights you only get 5 hours sleep? Or all nights? Maybe you need to get more sleep generally and this is just pointing you to a problem that was already there and you didn't realise it. What do you think?

Yeah you are right actually.. Something is there i did not realise before..

That means our contents are boring hahaha but falling asleep is better than having insomnia. 😂

No they are not boring.. I really enjoyed but its related to health coz i think on my phone screen when i swipe up or diwn then that movement of pages up n down effect my brain

I fall asleep too when reading even paper books :)

☺..ok
But i did not even i can read 500 or 600 pages in one sitting.. I never tired paper reading

I remember my fav novels all i read in one sitting.. Even i forgot my lunch n dinner or anything else.. Now after kids i have less time so i read less in last few

Hi @biyanoor,

  1. Are you falling asleep just when you're looking at a screen, and/or are reading in general?
  2. Are you falling asleep while doing other activities where your body is resting?
  3. What time are you going to sleep usually?
  4. What time are you waking up?
  5. What are you usually doing an 1-2 hours before you go to sleep?
  6. Do you have any pets (despite your asthma medication)?
  7. What side of your body do you usually sleep on? (back, side, front)

Hi aria.. Thanx for your concern..
I usually sleep on sides or sometime front..
No i have no pets..
Usually before sleep i am busy with kids but if i am free then i do any search or any work related to internet before sleep like posting on steemit.. But even i have plenty sleep at night and fresh during day it does not matter what time i start to read anything on screen i felt tired
Usually i wakeup 7am.. And sleep timing is vary day to day between 11pm to 2am..
No during other activities i did not fall asleep.. And in general i did not feel so sleepy

Lovely
Keep it up
