This is unique and this is a superb idea!
It's an attempt to provide a sense organ to the one who is deprived of it without any surgery. It will probably also help in fine-tuning the sense of touch of deaf as well as all people.

I'm not deaf but would love to wear this sound shirt ...listening music in silence. What an experience it would be!
