Pros:
- cool if you don't know how to make them yourself
- saves you time of actually having to learn for yourself
- anyone can have a gif footer now! woot woot! :)
Cons:
- nothing like making your own UNIQUE ones by hand! :)

its so true, nothing better then making a truly customised one. However the general public just wants one which is quick and easy to make.
