Pros:

• Intercom has always been the best CS messenger solution on the market. I love their update as well :)

Cons:

• It's too expensive for small business owners. Their pricing is based on the audience size, and it can easily grows like thousands dollars even for small businesses.

Crisp is one of the best cheaper alternative, but it's little bit slow in Asia region.
