This is one of the coolest gadgets I found. Especially in the northern parts, the sun is rare, which is why people are more depressed or suicidal in those areas, where sun is less active. With this ring you can check your vitamin D, UV radiation, daylight consumption and it serves as a daylight coach.

All this can be looked up via the app, on any smartphone or tablet. You get a daily notification, there are statistics made, so you can easily improve your health situation. Just like a step counter, but different.

You can life a healthier life with this ring and it looks good!
