I know we're still relatively early in the tech, but I'm surprised we've not seen more widespread use of this (and other "tables" like it).
Once it became possible to have a computer surface, with multi-touch and multi-interactions, it opens up a whole new usecase for comuter devices and applications. And I remember seeing similar tech to this a few years ago now.
I'm just surprised it's not out in the wild a little more. I guess it's the cost versus the benefit to [for example] install something like this in a retail space. But with the fact most retail spaces are losing visitors fast, I'd say this might be a good way to re-engage them.
