Pros:

• 30 hours is great, I have Sennheiser M-550 and they only do like 8 hours
• the design is flawless
• noise-cancelling works great on planes, not so much anywhere else

Cons:

• more on the expensive side, but that's to be expected from a brand such as SONY
• non-removable battery is a big downside
