The Kolibree company brings for this year 2018 a new technological innovation such as the interactive brush Kolibree Magik , which represents a great help to parents to convince children to brush their teeth. It has always been clear to us that today's children are born adaptable to technology, so everything that has to do with it catches their attention. This creation of the intelligent toothbrush with Augmented Reality (RA) is wonderful for children to feel motivated and educated when brushing.

The technique of the Kolibree Magik consists of connecting a toothbrush to an augmented reality game application that is installed in the cell phone and the child must use the front camera or selfies to activate it, where when the game starts the child will be reflected in the upper part of the screen and in the lower part there is a denture where there is a green monster that wants to create cavities in each of the pieces and to fight it the child must shoot bubbles, which is done with the movement of the toothbrush and as the monster moves through the teeth the child will also be doing it, which will achieve a good brushing. This application will also notify parents on their cell phones of brushing times and the results of the brushing. The number of times to use the application is limited to 3 times, so that there is no excessive brushing. This innovation contributes to children's oral health.

That's a pretty cool idea. Not sure if I want my daughter to associate brushing teeth with using the phone. But this is certainly helpful if things get problematic.
